He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Quinn and Emily Rogers Quinn; his siblings, Herbert Lee Quinn, Leonard Wayne Quinn, Robert Ray Quinn (Bobbie), Ruth Mozingo, Mable Mann, Emily Estelle Pate and Swannie Mae Hudson; and his father-in-law Clarence Evans.

He is survived by: his wife Kathy E. Quinn of Magnolia; his daughter Christina Atkins (David) of Burlington; his grandchildren, Austin and Brantley Atkins of Burlington; his mother-in-law Annie Ruth Evans of Magnolia; and his siblings-in-law, Carolyn Quinn of Magnolia, Barbara Harris of Beulaville and Jimmy Hartley (Sandra) of Magnolia. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
