He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Earl Horne and Lanie Estelle Tyndall Horne; his wife Judith Brock Horne; his children, Jamie Horne of Magnolia and Melissa Harper (Shorty) of Warsaw; and his grandchildren, Bradley Harper, Brittany Fucili (Christopher), Morgan Powell (Chris), Holly Horne and Dylan Horne. He was also cherished by five great grandchildren; three brothers; one sister; two aunts and one uncle.
