He was predeceased by: his parents, Wiley Williams and Maggie Whitman Williams; and his brothers, John Ivey Williams, Billy Bryan "Joe" Williams, George "Tic" Williams, Wiley Kenneth Williams, Barney Carlton "Buck" Williams and Randy Williams.
He is survived by: his sons, Dwight Tart (Christy) of Autryville and Douglas Grizzard of Washington; his sister Linda Singletary of Rose Hill; his granddaughters, Anna Tart and Mary Tart; his friend Janice Hill; and his pet PeeWee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
