With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gifford Garland Basham of Magnolia, North Carolina, who passed away on July 23, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gifford Renal and Edith Irene Totten Basham; and his siblings, James Franklin Basham and Rebecca Lou Basham Sieckowski. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Callison Basham; his children, Amy Denise Basham of Advance, Kathryn Basham Gledhill (David) of Mocksville and Brian Gifford Basham (Dawn) of Mocksville; his grandchildren, Amber Elise Basham, Meagan McInnis Basham, Adam McRae Gledhill and Drew Alan Gledhill; his siblings-in-law, Beverly Toth Basham, Bob Sieckowski, Jerry Callison (Sue) and Janet Taylor (Dave); his nephew Luke Taylor; and his niece Lauren Taylor.
