She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Blanton and Thelma Horrell Blanton; her grandson Carter Thompson; and her sister Jenny Stokes. She is survived by: her daughter Ashley Thompson (Chris) of Wallace; and her siblings, Frances Malone, Clint Blanton, Johnny Blanton and James Blanton. She is also survived by her best friends and canine companion, "Zoey" and feline companion, "Baby"; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
