He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Kenneth Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Rooker McNutt; his children, Joseph W. McNutt (Susan), Ronald M. McNutt and Aliva M. McNutt; his grandchildren, Hope Bailey Newcomb (Daniel), Drew Ham, Chance Pounds and Paisley Pounds; his great grandchild Ella Newcomb; and his sisters, Freida Lentz (Obry) and Judy Jackson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
