Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Billy Chestnutt of Magnolia, North Carolina, who passed away at the age of 85, on June 23, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Solomon Chestnutt and Pearl Tew Chesnutt of Sampson County. He is survived by: his wife Daisy Chestnutt; his sister Betty Sue Johnson (Ivey) of Delway, NC; his children, Donna Bass (Byron) of Clinton and David Chestnutt (Sylvia) of Garland, NC.; and his grandchildren, Brittainy Gillespie (Dustin), Holly Moore (Derek), Matthew Chestnutt (Morgan), Elizabeth Monroe (Taz), Gabrielle James (Stanton) and Caroline Chestnutt. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, along with many beloved brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews.
