It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wynell G. Messick of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, who passed away on July 13, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Gunter and Smithy Gunter; and her brothers, Lee Andrew Gunter and Bobby Ray Gunter. She is survived by: her husband Sam; her daughters, Tina Messick and Tonia Meadows (Steve) of Fl; her brother Gary Gunter of Fl; her granddaughter Tiffany Trythall (Jarrad); and her great grandchildren, Ava and Addyson of Fl. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
