It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luther Eugene Grinder (Maggie Valley, North Carolina), who passed away on September 16, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy Grinder and Thelma Glavis; his sister Beverly Worthy; and his uncle Joseph Edwards. He is survived by: his wife Vivian C. Grinder; his children, Sherri Ralston (Tim) of Mt. Pleasant, SC, Tina Kirchner (Brian) of Cheektowga, NY and Scott Grinder (Ashley) of Trussville, AL; his siblings, Jeff Grinder of Spartansburg, PA and Louise Johnson (Ivan) of Ft. Meyers, FL; his aunt Audrey Edwards of Ford City, PA; and his grandchildren, Connor, Carly Ralston, Brandon Kirchner and Van Grinder. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
