He is survived by: his wife Peggy Conard; his children, Jade Messer, Steve Goodson, Shannon Duran and Tony Goodson; his sisters, Cathey Conner and Brenda Messer; and his grandchildren, Xander, Landon and Laila.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Victory Baptist Church (300 Frank Mehaffey Rd, Maggie Valley, NC 28751).
