With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Joseph Dwyer III of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on May 30, 2022 at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Joseph Dwyer and Kathryn Agnes Cooney Dwyer. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Anelli Dwyer; his children, Jacqueline Knafelc (Michael) of South Carolina, Brian Dwyer (Mari Beth) of Virginia and Kevin Dwyer of New York; and his sister Patricia Fishel. He is also survived by three grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
