She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Rose and Jean Cutshaw Rose; her son Steven Michael McMahan; and her sister Brenda Houser. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Dawn McMahan and Keith Allen McMahan; her siblings, David Rose and Carolyn Rose; and her grandchildren, Dustin, Kelsey Surrett, Macy Henry and Teddy Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Diane Wortham Center in Asheville.
