She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilburn Henderson and Effie Jane Evans Setzer; her husband George Paul Cable; and her siblings, Bessie Mae Grooms, Gertrude Sheehan, Mildred Nelson, Lucy Ward, Sarah McMahan, Opal Mills, Ruth Russell and Verlin Setzer.
She is survived by: her sons, Danny Gene Cable (Dianne) of Potters Hill, Tim Michael Cable of Maggie Valley and Paul Darrel (Lisa) of Rutherfordton. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
