He is survived by: his daughters, Rachel Lowie of Palm Bay, Florida and Rita Hicks of Palm Bay, Florida; his grandsons, John and Justin Lowie of Palm Bay, Florida; and his siblings, Bud Hicks (Katherine) of Clyde, Barbara Justice of Lake Junaluska and Mabel Justice (Marion) of Canton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
