She was predeceased by: her parent Odell Cagle; her husband Eugene Nichols; and her siblings, Wilma Rathbone, Anna Dee Ball and Billy Cagle.
She is survived by: her parent Effie Hunter Cagle; and her sisters, Betty Sue Byrd, Eva Chandler, Dorothy Parton and Linda Best. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
