With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dorothy Rich Gibson of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, who passed away on September 16, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Rich and Zeomia McGaha Rich; her children, Ricky Dale Teague and Christy Gibson Bryson; and her siblings, Francis Rich Cook, Ruby Rich Clement and George Rich.
She is survived by: her children, Angela Teague and Deneen Gibson Cody; her siblings, Charlie D Rich and Johnny Rich; her stepgrandchildren, Carrie Bryson, Andrea Bryson, Brittany Johnson and Joey Johnson; and her great grandchildren, Caleb Rathbone, Bella Hyatt and Zane Hyatt.
Memorials may be made to her daughters to assist with final arrangements.
