He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Leonard B. Charles; his niece Stephanie Bronaugh; his mother Irene Charles (Jeryga); his sisters, Gail Bronaugh (Wayne) of Lafayette, NJ and Karen Kinzler (Tony) of Sparta; his niece Kimberly Maher; and his nephew Keith Kinzler.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in his memory to the American Heart Association.
