He is survived by: his mother Shirley Berry Lewis; his stepfather Jack Lewis; his wife Ann Boyd; his children, Leslie Boyd (Alan Arrington) and Seth Boyd (Jessie); his brothers, Lance Lewis (Melanie) of Maggie Valley and Kris Boyd of Waynesville; his grandchildren, Georgia Ann Boyd, Cash Lewis Boyd, Avery and Jake Arrington; and his nieces, Hayley Ramsey and Matilin Boyd.
