He is survived by: his brother David Childers; his daughters, Debra Bryant of Fountain Inn, SC and Paulette Childers of Lake Junaluska, NC; his granddaughters, Elisha Leonard (Chris), Shelly Teague (Joshlyn) and Shanna Hart; his great grandchildren, Brandon, Jeremy, Daniel Leonard, Austin, Maddie, Jonas Teague and Makenzie Hart; and his close friends, Yolanda Ferguson, Christy Patterson and Sue Sharp.
