She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kinsland and Ethel Arrington; her son Gary Alan Best; her brother Wilfred Kinsland; and her grandson Bruce Allen Holder.
She is survived by: her daughters, Elaine Cobb (Hilary) of Clyde and Joan Passmore (Julius) of Clyde; her grandchildren, Andrea Emerson, Laurel and Michael Cobb; and her great grandchildren, Addyson and Lincoln Emerson. She is also survived by Granny; she loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Mrs. Betty's name to the Crabtree Baptist Church, 480 Crabtree Church Rd, Clyde, NC 28721.
