It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jean Day of Maggie Valley, North Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Arthur and Betty Tench Arthur; her siblings, Sandra Arthur and Grant Arthur; and the father of her children Jerry Franklin Day.
She is survived by: her children, Sandra Day (Heidi Potier) of Seattle, Washington, Stacey Franklin Day (Dani Bingham Day) of Memphis and Jerry Day (Tamara); her siblings, Sharon Harris (John) of Canada and Bill Arthur (Nancy) of Canada; her grandchildren, Nathan, Madison and Nicole; and her great grandchildren, Stella Jean and Elliott.
