She is survived by: her children, Tami Ward (James) and Sanford Parker (Carol); her siblings, Carol Collins (Steve), Tommy Woolwine, Ted Woolwine and Gerald Woolwine; her grandchildren, Lee Parker, Chasity Corn, Cody Carswell and Benjamin Owen; her goddaughter Renee Sherrill; and her daughter-in-law Cheryl Thompson.
