Middleton, Jr., Hilda Foulks, Hazel Foulks, Mamie Isley, Ellen Middleton, Lucy Rierson, Leona Taylor and Naomi Middleton.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim Middleton (Rhonda) and Mark Middleton (Rosalynne); his grandchildren, Brian Middleton (Katelin), Adam Middleton (Jenny), Greg Middleton (Valerie), Erin French and Avery Middleton; and his great grandchildren, Payton, Ayden, Grayson, Parker, Sam, Grant, Finn, Pierce Middleton, Levi and Will French.
