He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Velton West, Sr. and Barbara Sprinkle West; and his siblings, Thomas Velton West, Jr. and Tammy McGee. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Goolsby West; his children, Rusty West, Faith Barajas (Jose), Kayla Alvarado (Manuel), Nicole Mabe (Derek), Sarah Edwards and Lauren West; and his siblings, Gary West (Rhonda), Allen West and Tonya Johnston. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
