He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Hill Manring of Mayodan, NC. and Vester Manring; his uncles, William "Wid" Hill and Johnny "Juke" Hill; his brother Wesley Manring of Mayodan; and his half-sister Sarah Eloise Manring Crouse of Greensboro.
He is survived by: his children, April Manring Keen (Adam) of Stoneville, Lee Manring of Greensboro and Miranda Manring of Mayodan; his grandchildren, Cody Dodson, Kaleb Dodson, Elania Morgan, Daniel Keen and Gracie Manring; his stepgranddaughter Stephanie Keen; his niece Crystal Manring Jackson; and his nephews, Wesley "Bit" Manring, Jr. and Clint Manring.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 6:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel. A memorial service was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Colonial Funeral Home of Madison to assist with the funeral expenses.
