Ricky Dunlap Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Ricky Dunlap (Madison, North Carolina). You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James William Dunlap and Nelie Mabe Dunlap; his wife Barbara Chaney Dunlap; and his siblings, Jimmy Dunlap and Frances Hopkins.

He is survived by: his children, Ricky Lee Dunlap (Kristy) and Barbie Brandel (Chad); his grandchildren, Jessea Clark, Kennedy Brandel, Kadey Dunlap, Logan Brandel, Chloe Dunlap and Noah Dunlap; his great grandchildren, Ethan Clark, Elijah Clark and Elaina Taylor; his siblings, Don Dunlap, Larry Dunlap, Frank Dunlap and Inez Via; and his brother-in-law Larry Via.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
