He was predeceased by: his parents, John Willie Hill and Rachel Tucker Hill; his grandson J. J. Joyce; and his siblings, J. W. Hill, Harry Hill, Bertha Williams, Marie Moore and Carolyn Tuggle.
He is survived by: his children, Keith Hill (Cindy), Natasha Dodson (Michael), Darryl Hill (Lesley), Terry Hill, Mark Hill and Otis Lee Hill, Jr.; and his sisters, Dorothy Lunsford, Brenda Lewis (Tony) and Betty Conway (Debbie Agee). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
