He is survived by: his significant other Shelly Cavanaugh; his children, Daniel Cavanaugh (Alexandra) and Julia Cavanaugh Richardson (Chase); his siblings, Joseph Cavanaugh, Patrice Cavanaugh and Mary Clark; his pets, Arya and Cecil; and his grandchildren, Mark Cavanaugh, Beatrice Cavanaugh and Zelda Richardson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
