She was predeceased by: her parents, John V. (Sophonia Hopper) and Malinda; her husband Carl Louis Lowe, Sr.; her siblings, Mary Ann Galloway, Margaret Elaine Roberts and John T. Hopper; her son Raymond Travis Lowe; and her son-in-law Phillip Agerston.
She is survived by: her children, Carl "Larry" Lowe, Jr. and Min; and her siblings-in-law, Sam Lowe (Hester), Deacon Frank Neal, Missionary Lois Glenn and Dorothy. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild.
