He was predeceased by: his son Joshua David Gentry; his brother Josiah Gentry; his grandparents, Joan Tew, James Boyd and Louis Gentry; his stepgrandfather Warren Ellington; and his uncles, Alvin Gentry and Ricky Ware.
He is survived by: his children, Hunter Gentry, Bethany, Sadie and Callie Gentry; his brothers, Timothy Gentry, Jr. (Susan), Jeremiah Gentry (Abigail) and Isaac Gentry; his grandparents, Christine Ellington and Tim Tew; his aunts and uncles, Jim Boyd, Gene Buckingham, Dean Buckingham, Pam Ware and Donna Lawerence (Larry); and his significant other Tiffany Gentry. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
