He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Duggins and Annie May Faucher Duggins; his son Clay Duggins; his brother Paul Duggins; and his brother-in-law Bert Lawson.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Trent Duggins; his sister Maxine Lawson; and his caregivers, Todd, Rhonda Shelton, Bruce and Marcie Burton.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Colonial Funeral Home Chapel (127 Ellisboro Rd, Madison, NC 27025).
