She is survived by: her mother Kalen Clay of Chase City, VA; her husband Jeremy Joseph Wentworth of Lawsonville, NC; her daughter Shelby Wentworth Calhoun (Connor); her grandchildren, Kensleigh, Spencer and Madelyn of Lexington, NC; her brothers, Jon Clay (Monica) of Chase City, VA and Chuck Clay (Stephanie) of Saxe, VA; her nieces and nephews, Abbie, Lydia, Olivia, Vanessa, Lizzie, Kyle, Burke, Brady and Liam; and her pets, Walter and Lulu.
