He is survived by: his mother Edith Mae Stamey Hoff; his wife Sandy Small Hoff; his children, Lee Hoff (Tori), Allison Campbell (Chantz) and Daniel Hoff (Kelsey); his grandchildren, Axel Campbell and Everleigh Campbell; his siblings, Donna Elkes (Jimmy), Debbie Hoff and Ron Hoff (Melissa); and his father-in-law Bob Small. He is also survived by family members and close friends.
