He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Barlow and Alma Baumgartner; his wife Carolyn Joyce Barlow; and his siblings, Henrietta Hutchinson and Max Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Martin Andrew Barlow and Susan Andrea Barlow; his grandson Armand D. Smith; his brother Doug Barlow; and his siblings-in-law, Randy and Kathy Joyce. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
