She was predeceased by: her husband A. C. Logan; and her sister Barbara Bottoms. She is survived by: her children, Jerry Tilley (Virginia), Beverly Brightwell, Alice Thomas and Marcie Cooper (Brian); and her siblings, Billy Nelson (Mickey), Jeannie Gortman, Johnny Nelson (Virginia), Patty Jessup, Thomas Nelson, Roger Nelson and Janice Nelson. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty-eight great-grandchildren; seven great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in her memory to the Susan G. Komen Foundation.
