He is survived by: his wife Julie Richardson Sizemore; his children, Donnie Ray Sizemore, Jr., Karla Ford (Michael), Cindy Herbin (Antoine) and Delilah Sizemore Reynolds (Christopher); his stepsons, Tommy Hutson (Laine), Ernie Hutson and Toby Richardson (Kim); and his siblings, Renee Sizemore Ezzell (Ken) and Perry Scott Sizemore Jr. (Wendy). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
