He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Sizemore and Bethel Whitten Sizemore; and his siblings, Cora Wells, Lucy Hart, Myrtle Cooper, Joseph, Paul, James, David, Scott Sizemore and Frederick Sizemore.
He is survived by: his daughter Sherrie Saunders; his grandson Wayne Saunders, III; his great grandchild Silas Wayne Saunders; his grandchildren, Anna, Sierra, Tori, Emma, Carlie Hicks, Jonah and Landon Lester; and his sisters, Ada Wells and Mary Smith.
