He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurston Eugene Stanley and Doris Stafford Stanley; his siblings, Mary Lee Stanley, Carolyn Wood and Gary Stanley; and his nephew Josh Stanley.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Clark Stanley; his children, Derek Clay Stanley, Dwayne Stanley and Elizabeth Adams (Dustin); his grandchildren, Samantha and Scott Adams; and his brothers, Thomas Stanley (Donna), Donald Stanley and Richard Stanley (Angie).
