It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jessie Southard of Macon, North Carolina, who passed away on December 9, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Ed Welch and Myrtle Brendle Welch; her husband Charles Robert Southard; her brother Dubois Welch; and her half-sister Gladys Henry.
She is survived by : her children, Debbie Pendergrass (Johnny) and Bobby Southard (Lesa); her siblings, Ray Welch and Carol Angel of Franklin; and her grandchildren, Angie Raby (Steve), Jamey Pendergrass (Jennifer), Julie Cochran (Jamie), Chris Southard (Cierra) and Kyle Southard (Amber). She is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the family will be having a funeral service with only her family for Mrs. Southard.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Grandview Manor, Attn: Memory Care Unit, 150 Crisp St, Franklin, NC 28734 so that others can continue to have the outstanding and compassionate care that Jessie received.
