As Amy Williams departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Amy Williams may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Amy Williams leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Lee Williams and Jean Harris Williams; her brother David Lee Wiliams; and her pets, Essie May and Onyx.
She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Gosney; her daughters, Rebecca Tucker, Laura Tucker (Preston Richardson), Meredith Tucker and Brittany Gosney Cirillo (Rob); and her grandson Kash.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Macon Baptist Church (159 Church St, Macon, NC 27551). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
