She is survived by: her children, Napoleon Alston (Marguerite) of Macon, Tobaitha Alston Smith of Macon and Christine Alston of Towson, Maryland; her grandchildren, J. Quentine Butler, Jr., Christopher Alston, Naphis Alston, Jeanetta Farrah, Yolanda Matthews and Pamela Albright; her great grandchildren, Sahana Lynch-Butler, Namir Alston, Courtland Matthews, Reggie Liverman, Robert Liverman, Leah Matthews, Tia Matthews, Mia Matthews, Larry Lawson, Shawn Jordan and Savannah Albright; her siblings, Carrie Craddox (James) of South Hill, Virginia and Richard Hopkins (Ann) of Greensboro; her goddaughters, Zenobia Hopkins Brown and Deborah Parson; and her close friends, Eartha Pope, Marjorie Lee, Eldora Coley and Mary B. Turner. She is also survived by great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
