He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Behrendt and Catherine Miller Behrendt. He is survived by: his stepdaughters, Pamela Painter of Macon, Lucille Huffman of Virginia and Lorene Smith of Virginia; and his stepgrandson Brandon Matthews.
