He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Haywood Wells Sr. and Minnie N Wells; and his brother Lewis N. Wells. He is survived by: his wife Barbara P Wells; his children, Mark H. Wells Jr. (Lorie V. Wells) and Michael L. Wells (Cindy Wells, Carol); his grandchildren, Mark H. Wells III, Matthew Penwell, Timothy Penwell, Mckinley Turner, Taylor Wells and Melaine Wells; and his sister Jackie Wells Manning. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
