He was predeceased by: his parents, John Harrell and Ethel A. "Zooda" Harrell; and his siblings, Sara Lynn Harrell and Douglas Harrell. He is survived by: his children, Shenna Bess of Williamsburg, VA and Chris Harrell (Annie) of Williamsburg, VA; his grandsons, Gabriel and Aiden; and his nephew Douglas Harrell, Jr.. He is also survived by many cousins, family friends, and other extended relatives.
