He is survived by: his parents, Frances Tippette Crisp (Amos Mancel Crisp) of Macclesfield and James "Lindy" Armstrong of Rocky Mount; his stepsister Mandy Tolston (Mike) of Macclesfield; and his half-brother Scott Armstrong (Shannon) of Nashville. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and family friends.
