She was predeceased by: her father James Ray Drake. She is survived by: her husband Phil Harris Rackley of Macclesfield; her sons, Scott Rackley (Kelly) of Spring Hope, Steven Rackley (Eric Webb) of Lucama and Samuel Rackley (Amber) of Tarboro; and her brother Timothy Drake (Connie) of Rocky Mount. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
