She was predeceased by: her daughter Pamela Fay Cobb; her parents, J. J. Briley and Henrietta Briley; and her sister Thelma Clark of Greenville. She is survived by: her spouse Randolph Cobb; her son Randolph Cobb Jr (Kay); her grandsons, Randy Cobb (Melissa) and Allen Cobb; her great grandchildren, Randall Cobb, Kayla Cobb and Caroline Cobb; and her sisters, Pearlie Buck, Lucille Harrell of Greenville and Dolores Harris of Carrollton.
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes memorial gifts in Fay's memory to the building fund of Dilda's Grove FWB Church.
