He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Moorefield and Katherine Louise Adams Moorefield; and his sister Mary Louise Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Lynn B. Moorefield; and his sons, Kenneth E. Moorefield, Jr., William J. Moorefield and Steven G. Moorefield (Paulette). He is also survived by four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
