She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Britt and Velia Britt; her husband Charles Wilcox; and her siblings, Wilton Britt, James Howard Britt, Mary Frances Floyd and Shelby Tharp.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Wilcox (Barbara) of Lumberton, NC, Felicia Smith (Freddie) of Lumberton, NC and Brenda Lloyd (Allen) of Lumberton, NC; her grandchildren, Jessica, Jonathan, Stephen, Kristin, Summer and Hunter; and her sister Madilane Shockley of Raeford, NC. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Faith Cemetery (5190 Fayetteville Rd, Lumberton, NC 28360).
