She is survived by: her husband Brent Freeman; her daughters, Ashley Howell (Logan) of Lumberton, Brianna McCartney (Zachary) of Lumberton and Hannah Freeman of Lumberton; her siblings, Susan Rice (James) of Lumberton and Chad Maxwell (Ashley) of Lumberton; and her grandsons, Caleb, Noah and Lucas.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Refuge Pentecostal Church (1390 Linkhaw Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
